摘 要:目的:探讨人工咽鼓管表面活性物质(Eustachiantubesurfactant,ETS)对气压损伤性中耳炎(Barotitismedia,BM)的治疗作用,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:经低压舱上升实验建立气压损伤性中耳炎动物模型。成功建模豚鼠30只,于建模后的第1天,左侧中耳内注入1mL人工ETS治疗,右侧对照注入1mL生理盐水。结果:1周后观察比较两组鼓膜状况(χ2=8.801,P<0.05)、鼓室渗出(χ2=9.796,P<0.05)、听阈恢复(χ2=9.810,P<0.05),人工ETS组明显好转,与生理盐水对照组差异有显著性意义。结论:人工ETS对气压损伤性中耳炎具有治疗作用。AIM:To study the therapeutic effect of artificial eustachian tube surfactant( ETS) on barotitis media(BM),thereby to provide theoretical basis for its clinica l application in BM treatment. METHODS:BM was successfully induced in 30 guinea pigs by simulated ascending during flight in a hypobaric oxygen chamber.The affected ears were treated by mi croinjecting 1 mL artificial ETS into the left middle ear(ETS group) through the tympanic membrane,with the right ear serving as control that was treated with 1 mL saline.Changes of the tympanic membrane,middle ear effusion and auditory thr eshold were compared. RESULTS:The condition of the tympanic membrane,middle ear effusion and audito ry threshold were obviously improved in ETS group in comparison with the control group(÷ 2=8.801,P< 0.05;÷ 2=9.796,P< 0.05;÷ 2=9.810,P < 0.05,respectively). CONCLUSION:Artificial ETS has therapeutic effect on BM.
