摘  要:介绍小浪底水利枢纽在工程建设上预防泥沙淤堵和泄洪流道与水轮机预防高速含沙水流磨蚀所采取的工程措施.其中,预防泥沙淤堵采取的工程措施主要有:进水口集中布置,泄洪洞增加事故闸门,充水平压装置采用旁通管道充水,增加高压冲沙装置,在发电尾水洞出口布置防淤闸,机组技术供水在汛期采用地下清水供水;水轮机采取涂敷防护材料预防高速含沙水流的磨蚀.An introduction is given to the measures taken for prevention of silt plug and abrasion of the flood way and hydraulic turbine caused by the high-velocity silt-laden water flow in construction of the Xiaolangdi Hydro Project. The measures include the centralized arrangement of inlets, installation of accident sluice for discharge tunnels, adoption of by-pass pipe in the filling device, arrangement of high pressure sand scouring device, collocation of silt-releasing sluice at the outlet of tailwater pond, and adoption of clean groundwater for water supply during the flood season. Besides, protective materials are daubed on the hydraulic turbine to prevent the abrasion induced by high-velocity silt-laden water flow.
