摘 要:钎料/金刚石单晶颗粒界面结合特性的评价及结合强度的测定是金属结合剂金刚石工具研究和应用中的关键性问题。根据这方面研究工作的现状,本文提出一种新的测试方法,即采用单层金刚石颗粒平面紧密排布方式将金刚石单晶颗粒通过钎料与基体钎焊,制备拉伸试样,通过拉伸试验测得钎焊单层金刚石颗粒与基体的结合强度,再结合断口的微观分析对钎料/金刚石单晶颗粒的界面结合特性进行评价。It is a key problem to evaluate the interfacial characteristics and to measure the interfacial bonding strength between filling alloy and diamond particles, which has important effect on the performances of metal bonded diamond tools. A new method is proposed in this paper to test the bonding strength. In the new design, a single layer of diamond particals distributed tightly on a metallic base was soldered in a vacuum furnace, Cu62 Mn38 alloy was used as filling metal and the bonding strength of the specimen was measured with INSTRON 1195 tester. The fracture surfaces of tensile specimen were investigated by SEM and the interfacial compositions were analyzed by EDX. Then the interfacial bonding characteristics between diamond and filling alloy was discussed.
