摘  要:以成熟期不同的丰香、索非亚2个草莓品种为试材,测定开花前后果实不同发育时期内源植物激素的IAA、GA3、ABA含量及GA3/ABA的比值变化,旨在揭示草莓产量和品质的形成与内源植物激素的内在关系。结果表明,草莓果实的发育呈双"S"曲线,第一次快速生长期IAA和GA3含量迅速升高,而ABA含量急剧下降;果实缓慢生长期IAA含量达最高值,且GA3和ABA含量也呈上升趋势;果实进入第二次生长高峰期至成熟,IAA含量增长缓慢且维持在较高水平,ABA含量变幅不大,而GA3含量急剧减少。其研究结果为在草莓上应用生长调节剂控制果实发育、提高产量和改善品质提供了理论依据。In order to analyze inherent relationship between formation of strawberry yield and quality and endogenous hormone, two strawberry varieties with different maturity date Feng xiang and Suo feiya were studied. The IAA, GA_3 and ABA of endogenous hormone and the ratio change of GA_3/ABA were determined in different fruit developmental stages fore-and-after anthesis. The results were as follows: The developing of strawberry fruit was of 'S' curve. The content of IAA and GA_3 enhanced rapidly, but ABA decreased rapidly in the first fast growth stage. IAA climbed the highest position, furthermore, the content of all of IAA、GA_3、ABA rose in the slow growth stage. During the second fast growth stage till ripeness the content of IAA rose slowly but remained high and the variation of ABA was small, but GA_3 decreased rapidly. The study would provide theoretic basis for controlling fruit developing, increasing yield and improving quality by using phytohormone in strawberry.
