散装水泥车、船卸料中气力输送技术的应用改造

摘　　要：　流态化输送是目前散装水泥气力输送卸料普遍采用的技术。流动化技术本身存在耗气量大、输送效率低的局限以及编织物流化床易阻塞而引起卸料指标下降等问题。提出用密相输送技术对散装水泥车、船卸料进行改造的设想,并分析其可行性。Fluidizing transportation is a commonly used technique in vacuum transportation unloading system of bulk cement.This paper,according to the limitaion of air consumption and inefficient transportation of fluidizing technique and the problem of unloading performance degrading caused by the obstruction of fluidized bed,proposees the redesign of the unloading system of bulk cement using mass flow technique,and analyzess the feasibility in detail.
