摘  要:目的研究人肠粘膜上皮细胞内毒素信号转导相关受体TLR4,CD14和MD2的表达特点,探讨其与人肠粘膜上皮细胞耐受内毒素的关系。方法以内毒素刺激的THP1细胞作为阳性对照,用免疫组化方法检测人正常肠粘膜上皮细胞TLR4、CD14和MD2的表达。结果人小肠和结肠粘膜上皮细胞TLR4、CD14和MD2均不表达。结论人正常肠粘膜上皮细胞不表达TLR4、CD14和MD2,可能是其耐受LPS的关键机制之一。Objective To investigate the expressions of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)signal transduction associated receptors-TLR4,CD14and MD2on normal human small intestinal and colonic epithelial cells and to discuss the relationship between the expressions and the tolerance of intestinal epithelial cells(IECs)to LPS.Methods TLR4,CD14and MD2on normal human small intestinal and colonic epithelial cells were detected by immunohistochemistry,and THP1cells was used as positive control.Results Normal human small intestinal and colonic epithelial cells didn't express TLR4,CD14and MD2.Conclusions The normal human IECs didn't express TLR4,CD14and MD2which may play important roles in IECs resistance to LPS.
