成人Graves病患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子与sCTLA-4水平及其关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨成人 Graves病患者血清 Th1 /Th2变化及 s CTLA- 4与 Th1 /Th2细胞因子的关系。方法　对 30例 GD治疗前、2 0例 GD治疗后临床缓解和 2 0例对照组采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清IFN- γ、IL- 4、IFN- γ/IL- 4、s CTLA- 4。结果　 GD治疗前和治疗后临床缓解组血清 IL- 4明显低于对照组( P<0 .0 1 )。同时 IL - 4与 s CTLA- 4呈负相关 ( r=- 0 .384,P<0 .0 1 )。结论　 GD患者 Th2细胞反应强度降低而导致 Th1 /Th2细胞的平衡相对偏向 Th1 ,s CTLA- 4可能通过对共同刺激信号 CD2 8/CTAL- 4:B7的调节而致 Th1 /Th2细胞因子的变化。Objective To explore the relationship,between the shift of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines and sCTLA-4 in adult Graves' disease(GD).Method Serum of interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4 ),IFN-γ/IL-4 and cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated gene-4(sCTLA-4)were investigated by assay of enzyme linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA)in 30 untreated GD,20 treated GD of clincal relief and 20 controls.Results In adult GD serum IL-4 was significantly lower than that of controls(P<0.01),and significantly higher in sCTLA-4 and IFN-γ/IL-4(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between CTLA-4 and IL-4.No significantly difference in sCTLA-4 and IL-4 between untreated and treated adult GD.Conclusion The balance of Th1/Th2 shifts to the reaction in adult GD,and this may in some degree be contributed to sCTLA-4.
