摘　　要：计费管理作为网络管理的五大功能之一,对大型乃至中小型网络来说很重要的。计费管理系统不仅可以计算上网用户所应承担的费用,还可监控网络的数据流量,分析网络的使用情况及性能。本文介绍了基于SNMP的校园网计费系统的设计和实现,并详细论述了利用SNMP协议定时对路由器上的MIB数据库数据进行采集部分。该系统采用JAVA语言实现,具有良好的可移植性。Accounting management is very important in all kinds of network. It can be applied in accounting the fees, supervising the data flow and analysing the performance. This essay presents an introduction to the design and realization of a campus network accounting system based on SNMP. It also discusses in details the regular data collection from the MIB database through SNMP. Realized through JAVA language, the system bears good transplantibility.
