摘　　要：目的:对性活跃人群加强STD-HIV行为干预措施的探讨。方法:根据性活跃人群的特点,建议主管部门采取相应的强制监管措施。结果:性活跃人群的STD-HIV发病率高,又是主要性病的传染源,是性病艾滋病防治工作的重点、难点和薄弱点。结论:应加强对性乱者性病艾滋病监测,监督感染者治愈性病;建议放开对安全套营销的约束;要监管性病诊治机构,使之为STD-HIV患者提供优质价平的服务。This paper discusses the strategy of prevention and control of STD/HIV in swingers. The swingers are high risk and highly infected STD/HIV population. The relevant authority should take vigorous measures against dissolute sexual behaviors. The detained swingers should be examined for STD/HIV, and the patients with STD/HIV discovered among them must undergo compulsive treatment. We should enhance publicity and intervention in STD/HIV, spread the use of condoms, and provide efficient treatment for swingers.
