摘　　要：《汉穆拉比法典》被公认为是世界上迄今发现并完整保存的最早的成文法典,研究该法典的制定、结构、内容等对揭示两河流域法的发展演变轨迹以及探究整个西亚法制文明的进化过程有着重要意义。Hammurabi Code is generally acknowledged to be the initial written code away which was found and well preserved so far in the word. It's important for promulgating the evolution course of Two-river-area law and entire western Asian legal civilization to study the enactment, structure and content of the Code.
