摘 要: 介绍了一种三维物体表面形状的测量方法。传统的投影栅线(或云纹)法与相移法结合被用于三维表面形状的测量。由投影仪投影一束空间周期性分布的光学条纹至物体曲表面时,在物体表面可见到被其曲表面调制了的变形的光学条纹,它由计算机连接的高分辨率的CCD摄像机记录,在投影仪内的光栅由计算机控制移动数个位置,得到相应的光条纹分布的图像,这些图像的光强经过运算后可以得到一个相位图,当它与参考平面上的规则相位图相减时,则可以得到物体表面形状。A measurement method for surface of 3D object was introduced. The traditional project grating (or moire) method in combination with phase-shifting technique is applied to automatic measurement of three dimensional surface shape. When a spatially periodic light pattern from projector is imaged onto an irregular surface, it is deformed by the surface shape and is recorded by a high resolution CCD camera connected to a computer. The grating which is in projector is shifted by an actuator in the projector under computer control to a number position intensity images of light pattern on the object surface are stored in the computer. From the intensity images a phase map representing the deformation of the periodic light pattern by surface shape is evaluated and compared with an undeformed light pattern on the flat reference surface. The result which represent contour map of object surface can be obtained from two phase maps subtraction.
