摘　　要：在培养基连消过程中 ,对连消塔的温度 (一般以 1 2 6～ 1 32℃为宜 )、料液进入连消塔的流量进行过程控制 ,对培养基更好地灭菌 ,并且使培养基成分最大程度减少破坏 ,降低染菌率 ,提高培养基的发酵单位。In the culture medium's Entrying and sterilizing process, Temperature and flow of entrying and sterilizing tower were controlled in order to kill bacteria better and reduce the rate of infecting with bacterium, finally, culture medium's fermentation unit was improved.
