摘 要:针对华北油田以蒙脱石和伊蒙混层为主的强造浆性地层在钻井过程中存在的问题 ,选用了不仅具有MMH正电胶钻井液的特性 ,而且正电性比MMH正电胶高、可油溶、抑制能力以及抗污染能力均优于MMH正电胶的有机黑色正电胶。经过近 3年来 5 8口井现场应用表明 ,有机黑色正电胶钻井液能与多种处理剂配伍 ,钻井液的滤失量既可以控制在聚合物钻井液要求的范围内 ,又可以发挥正电胶钻井液的特性 ;固相、膨润土容量较高 ,可用于造浆较强以及含膏泥岩的地层 ;有机黑色正电胶钻井液 ζ正电位高 ,对粘土矿物抑制能力强 ,井壁稳定 ,减少了井下事故复杂的发生 ,提高了机械钻速 。To cope with problems of montmorillonite and illite layers and interlayer existing in strong mud making formation during drilling in Huabei oilfield, black organic positive gel drilling fluid was employed. The drilling fluid not only has the properties of MMH fluid but also has higher electropositivity, oil soluble, stronger inhibition and contamination resistance. It was used in 58 wells for three years and the results showed that the drilling fluid is compatible with manifold additives and its filtrate loss can be controlled in the range required by polymer drilling fluid while developing the properties of MMH drilling fluid; can be used in high mud making formation and gypsum mudstone formation with good capacity of solid and bentonite contents; has higher zeta potential and strong inhibitive ability to clay mineral. By using it, borehloe wall was stabled, under well complex accidents were prevented and ROP was improved with good reservoir protecting effect.
