摘 要:扎纳若尔油气田位于西哈萨克斯坦滨里海盆地东缘扎纳卡梅斯水下隆起带上 ,储层为石炭系浅海碳酸盐岩 ,储层岩性以灰岩为主 ,夹少量白云岩 ,储集空间以次生溶蚀孔隙为主 ,微裂缝发育。储层孔隙度和渗透率较高 ,孔隙压力系数低 ,储层水敏程度低 ,极易受到钻井液污染。根据储层特点及钻井液对油气层污染的因素分析 ,选用了两性离子聚合物钻井液、屏蔽暂堵油气层保护技术以及配套钻井液技术措施。经现场 10 0口井应用表明 ,两性离子聚合物钻井液与屏蔽暂堵技术的结合 ,提高了钻井速度 ,缩短了钻井周期 ,减轻了钻井液对油气层的污染 ,较好地保护了油气层 ,提高了原油产量 ,单井平均产量和采油指数分别提高了 4 6 .3%和 6 4 .7%。Reservoirs in Zanazor oilfield which is located in the west of Kazakstan are carbonate rock reservoirs, leading limestone and a few dolomite, of Carboniferous system with some microfracture, and secondary corrosion pore is the main reservoir space. The porosity and permeability are relatively high. Other characteristics such as lower pore pressure and water sensitivity are identified. The reservoirs are fragility and easily damaged by drilling fluid. According to these characteristics of reservoirs and the factor analysis of damage, drilling fluid and relevant technology, as well as reservoir protecting technology including amphoteric polyer drilling fluid and shielded temporary plugging technology were employed. Field used in 100 wells showed that amphoteric polymer drilling fluid and shielded temporary plugging technology have satisfied the requirements of protecting to pore type reservoirs and narrow crack type reservoirs. By using them, ROP was increased and drilling period was shorted, while reservoir damages were reduced. Other good effects were also achieved that individual well average oil output and oil extraction index were increased respectively 46.3% and 64.7%.
