摘　　要：DGZ油溶性暂堵剂是根据屏蔽暂堵原理开发的一种新型多功能油层保护剂。该剂满足无荧光要求 ,粒度与软化点均可根据不同的油藏情况进行调节 ,油溶率在 90 %以上 ,软化点在 80～ 15 0℃范围内可调 ,用其暂堵的岩心渗透率恢复值在 90 %以上。在钻井过程中的应用表明 ,该剂能起到暂堵的作用 ,减少钻井完井过程中钻井液完井液对油层的损害 ,又能在油向井内流动时自动溶解解堵 ,从而减少后期作业工序 ,达到保护油层的目的。在采油过程中的应用表明 ,该剂不仅具有较好的冲砂效果 ,而且对防止地层漏失、减少对地层的污染 。Oil soluble temporary plugging agent DGZ is a novel multiple functions reservoir protecting agent developed based on temporary shielding plugging theory. The agent has not fluorescence, its grain size and softening point can be adjusted according to different formation characteristics, specifically, its oil soluble rate is above 90%, softening point is 80～150℃ and core permeability recovery value is above 90% with the using of DGZ. Drilling field application showed that DGZ has abilities of temporary plugging and reducing fluids damage to formation. Because DGZ can be solved automatically with oil flowing from formation to wellbore, the subsequent working programs can be simplified and reservoir can be protected. Using in production practice showed that the agent not only has good sand washing effect but also better preventing effect to formation loss and damage.
