摘  要:氯霉素类药物包括氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟苯尼考。此类药物抗菌谱广、吸收快、体内分布广泛 ,因而在兽医临床上发挥着举足轻重的作用 ,其耐药性也倍受重视。文章对此类药物耐药的特点、现状、生化机制和分子机理方面的研究进行了综述 ,以便正确理解此类药物耐药性的特点及其进化的规律 。Phenicols include chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol. They played a very important role in clinical veterinary practice because of their broad antibacterial spectrum, rapid absorption and wide distribution. So the studies on their resitance have also become a big concern. This paper summarized the advances of studies on mechanism of resistance of phenicols from several aspects including the characteristics, status in the present time, the biochemical mechanism and the molecular mechanism, especially the molecular mechanism in order to understand the trend of the resistance of the phenicols properly and further to provide the basis for preventing the production of the resistant stains and using these drugs reasonablely.
