摘　　要：多年以来,杜鲁门政府的'原子外交'一直是西方学者研究的热点领域.本文主要从原子弹的使用、原子能国际控制以及原子外交与冷战起源的关系等方面,择要介绍和评述了美国历史学家有代表性的学术观点和研究成果.For many years, the atomic diplomacy during Truman administration has been a hot subject among western scholars, The author chiefly introduces and comments on the academic viewpoints and research achievements of American historians by referring to the use of the Bomb, international control of atomic energy and the relationship between atomic diplomacy and the origins of the Cold War.
