摘 要:研究了在充有惰性液体介质的机械搅拌三相床反应器中含氮合成气一步法合成二甲醚的工艺条件,催化剂是由甲醇合成催化剂与甲醇脱水催化剂均匀混合组成的双功能催化剂,粒度为0.15~0.18mm。在温度220~260°C、压力3~7MPa、空速800~2000mL/(g·h)条件下考察了温度、压力、空速及搅拌转速对CO转化率及二甲醚选择性的影响,结果表明240~260°C、7MPa及1000mL/(g·h)是合成二甲醚较佳的反应条件。实验还考察了催化剂含量及气体组成对反应的影响,结果表明H2/CO高时CO转化率较高。The effects of process conditions on direct synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME) from syngas containing N_2 were investigated over a bifunctional catalyst formed by methanol synthesis catalyst and methanol dehydration catalyst in a mechanical agitated autoclave. The catalyst size was 0.15~0.18 mm and inert liquid was medical paraffin. The range of temperature was 220~260 (°C), pressure 3~7 MPa, weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) 800~2 000 mL/(g·h), the contain of catalyst 3.33~7.7 g in 100 mL paraffin,the round speed of agitator 400~1 200 r/min. The optimum conditions were temperature 240~260 (°C), pressure 7 MPa and WHSV 1 000 mL/(g·h). The concentration of catalyst in inert liquid was (little) effect to direct synthesis DME from syngas containing N_2. The effect of the ratio of H_2/CO was greater than that of the concentration of N_2 in syngas, and the higher rate of H_2/CO was favour to direct synthesis DME in slurry reactor.
