摘 要:目的:检测39例不明原因发热患者血液中恙虫病立克次体DNA。方法:用NPCR检测恙虫病立克次体DNA,取其DNA提取物进行DNA序列分析。结果:序列分析表明扩增的片段为立克次体DNA片段。39例不明原因发热患者血液用NPCR法检出13例恙虫病立克次体DNA。占不明原因发热患者的33.3%。结论:NPCR法可以快速检出恙虫病立克次体DNA,可用于恙虫病的临床早期诊断。Objective :To detect the Rickecttsia tsutsugamushi DNA from blood specimens of39cases of patients with fever unknown origin ( FUO ) .Method :DNA of Rickecttsia tsutsugamushi was detected by using NPCR and the specific isolation products from the DNA were used for DNA cloning and the DNA sequence analysis.Res ults :DNA sequence analysis confirmed the sequence was the fragment of Rickecttsia tsutsugamushi DNA.13cases of Rickecttsia tsutsugamushi DNA were de鄄tected from all39blood specimens of FUO patients ( 33.33% ) .Conclus ion :It is possible to diagnose clinically the scrub fever early and quickly with NPCR.
