摘  要:应用X射线衍射法对 7个杨树无性系微纤丝角进行了测定。结果表明 ,7个无性系在胸径处的微纤丝角存在一定的差异 ,但差异未达显著水平 (α =0 0 5 )。 7个无性系胸径处微纤丝角平均值大小顺序为I- 72 >I- 6 9≥NL - 80 35 1>南林 - 1388>南林 - 895≥南林 - 4 4 7>南林 - 95 ,其中NL - 80 35 1、I - 6 9杨、I- 72杨与南林 - 95存在较明显差异 ,胸径处的微纤丝角均比南林 - 95杨约高出 30 %以上。杨树微纤丝角的径向变异规律为 :在幼龄阶段 (1~ 3年 )微纤丝角逐渐增大。此后又逐渐减小 ,多项式方程可较好地描述杨树微纤丝角的径向变异规律 (R2 =0 82 6 )。微纤丝角在株内纵向变异规律为同一年轮内微纤丝角变化呈“马鞍型” ,微纤丝角在树木基部最大 ,随着树高的增加逐渐减小 ,当树高到达 13 6m后 ,微纤丝角又开始增大。微纤丝角在株内纵向变异规律也可用多项式方程来描述 (R2=0 6 16 )。本研究结果可为杨树无性系的早期选育和杨树人工林定向培育提供理论依据。The microfibril angle (MFA) of 7 poplar clones was measured by using the X-ray diffraction estimation. The results showed that there were no significant differences in microfibril angles at breast height (DBH) among 7 poplar clones. However, some differences were observed among the 7 poplar clones, and the microfibril angle was in the following order I-72> I-69≥NL-80351>Nanlin-1388>Nanlin-895≥Nanlin-447>Nanlin-95. The microfibril angle of I-69, I-72 and NL-80351 at DBHwas about 30% greater than that of Nanlin-95. From pith to bark (annual ring), microfibril angle gradually increased within 1~3 rings, after reaching the largest in 3~4 rings, it declined. This variation pattern of the MFA at DBH from pith to bark is well fitted by polynomial equation (R 2=0.826). Within a single tree, the variation pattern of microfibril angle in different tree heights showed a 'saddle' shape. The largest microfibril angle occurred at the base of trees and the least one at about 5.6 m of the tree, then the microfibril angle maintained stabilization untill 13.6 m. However the MFA increased again after the tree height reaching 13.6 m. The variation pattern of the MFA at different tree heights can also be described by polynomial equation (R2=0.616). The results from this research would provide some bases for early selection of poplar clones and oriented cultivation of poplar plantations.
