摘  要:采用多次球磨、预合成、真空干燥的工艺,制备了(0014)择优取向的Bi4Ti3O12(BTO)陶瓷样品.样品的c取向方向与样品成型时所加压力的方向基本一致;随烧结时间增加,样品的c取向率增大,烧结时间为16h的陶瓷样品的取向率达到0.96;测量了样品与轴线平行和垂直2个方向的电学性能,得到了各向异性的测量结果,为深入研究BTO的微观结构提供了一定条件.The high (00(14) ) orientated samples of Bi4Ti3O(12)() (BTO) ceramics were prepared by improved solid-state reaction method. The c-axis is nearly aligned with the direction of compression in sample formation. The orientation ratio increases with sintering time. The orientation ratio can be as high as (0.96) when the sintering time is 16 h. The electrical properties both parallel and perpendicular to the axis of cylinder sample were measured and the anisotropic results were obtained, which provide more experimental data to understand the microstructure of BTO.
