摘 要:简述了气体膜分离制高纯氮的基本原理和工艺流程 ,深入分析了分子动力学直径在气体膜分离制高纯氮工业中对渗透系数及选择性因子的影响 ,重点分析比较了PSA (变压吸附法 )和膜分离法制氮的经济性 。The fundamental principles and process concerning the production of high purity nitrogen by means of gas membrane separation are described in brief.The influence of dynamics diameter on coefficient of permeability and selectivity factors in the production of high-purity nitrogen using gas membrane separation is analyzed intensively. The paper focuses on analyzing and comparing the economy of nitrogen production using PSA and membrane separation separately.Furthermore it points out the important role played by membrane separation in the industrial nitrogen production and its development tendency in future.
