摘　　要：化工过程计算和过程模拟涉及到插值、求积分、参数拟合、解常微分和偏微分方程、解线性和非线性方程等问题.采用集数值计算、可视化图形处理、开放式多功能于一体的新型软件MATLAB对复杂化学平衡系统、间歇化学反应过程和超声波作用下气泡空化这3个过程进行了模拟和求解.计算结果表明,MATLAB是解决化工过程计算和过程模拟的有效方法.Process computation and computer simulation have proved to be extremely successful engineering tools for process development, design, optimization and process control in chemical engineering based on the research achievement of applied chemical engineering basis, system engineering and engineering calculating theory. Chemical engineering computation including interpolation, numerical quadrature, parameter correlation, ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations and linear and nonlinear equation (equations) etc. The process computation and simulation, such as complex chemical equilibrium system, complex chemical reaction process and cavitation process caused by ultrasound, is demonstrated using MATLAB software based on the research work. The results show that the popular MATLAB software program which ensures the same programs function on many platforms is criteria for ease of learning, ease of use and user-friendliness of the packages.
