四物汤改善小鼠造血系统损害的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察四物汤 (白芍、川芎、当归、熟地 )对于环磷酰胺和放疗后所致造血系统损害小鼠的造血功能改善作用。方法 :四物汤连续给药 8～ 13d ,测定给药组与模型组小鼠血常规 ,CFU GM ,CFU S ,骨髓有核细胞及骨髓DNA量。结果 :四物汤升高白细胞 ,血小板数 ,升高CFU GM ,CFU S数 ,升高骨髓有核细胞数及骨髓DNA量 ,对网织红细胞影响不大。结论 :四物汤对改善造血系统损害小鼠的造血功能有一定作用。AIM: To observe the improving the failure of the bone marrow in mice with Siwu Decoction (Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Rehmanninae Preparata, etc.) that were caused by the radiation therapy and cyclophosphamide. METHODS: Model and normal mice were administered with Siwu Decoction for 8～13 days, blood routine, CFU GM,CFU S, granule cells and DNA in marrow were determinded. RESULTS: Siwu Decoction can significantly increase the white blood cell, platelet, CFU GM, CFU S, nucleated cell and DNA in the bone marrow, but not reticulocyte. CONCLUSION: Siwu Decoction has an effect of improving the function of producing the blood cell on the failure of the bone marrow in mice.
