天麻、钩藤降血压作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究天麻、钩藤的水提液及其混合液的降血压作用。方法 :用肾动脉结扎法建立肾型高血压大鼠模型 ,灌胃给予中药水提液 ,观察大鼠血压变化。结果　天麻、钩藤水提液及其混合液对肾型高血压大鼠均有一定的降压作用。但停药后 ,血压回升较快。其中混合液降血压的效果最好。结论　天麻、钩藤水提液的混合液具有显著的降血压作用 ,但药效持续时间较短。Objective To investigate the effects of lowering blood pressure of rhizoma gastrodiae and ramulus uncariae cum uncis. Methods Rat renal hypertension model was established by ligation of the left renal artery. The aqueous extracts of the Chinese traditional herbs were orally given to rats to study effects of reducing blood pressure.Results Single and mixed aqueous extracts of rhizoma gastrodiae and ramulus uncariae cum uncis were effective against hypertension, But the blood pressure increased back when the gavage was stopped. The mixture was the best for its steady and valid antihyper- tension.Conclusion The mixture of aqueous extracts of rhizoma gastrodiae and ramulus uncariae cum uncis has evident effect of lowering blood pressure, But the effect only continued a shorter time.
