摘　　要：综述了近年来国内外有关对乙酰氨基酚及其中间体对氨基酚的合成方法 ,通过对其合成方法 (如二步法、一步法 ,重排法和生化法等 )的比较 ,认为一步法合成将是对乙酰氨基酚生产的发展方向。The preparation methods of acetaminophen and its intermediate p-aminophenol were reviewed. Acetaminophen can be prepared by one-step,two-step, or rearrangement and biochemical method. It was pointed out that one-step method would be the best way for producing acetaminophen by compared one-step method with other methods.
