摘　　要：目的为脂肪肝病人自我保健、自我康复探讨安全、有效的护理模式。方法按随机数字表抽取健康体检者中度脂肪肝病人 2 4 0例 ,单号为观察组 (12 0例 ) ,双号为对照组 (12 0例 ) ,观察组应用PDCA循环行家庭护理干预 ,对照组行常规家庭护理干预 ,于 6个月后比较两组干预效果。结果治疗有效率及健康行为 ,观察组显著优于对照组(均P <0 .0 1)。结论应用PDCA循环对病人实施家庭护理干预 ,能有效促使病人养成良好的行为习惯 ,从而提高治疗效果。Objective To explore a safe and effective nursing model for fatty liver patients on concerning of self-care and self-rehabilitation. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of moderate fatty liver (observation group) were subjected to family nursing intervention by using the PDCA circle and 120 cases of moderate fatty liver (control group) to routine family intervention. Six months later, the interventional effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group and control group was 100.0% and 41.7% respectively (P<0.01) and the healthy behavior in the observation group was much better than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Family nursing intervention by applying PDCA circle to the patients with fatty liver can prompt the patients to develop good habits and behaviors and improve the curative effectiveness.
