摘  要:根据可逆氧化还原反应原理,采用六通阀密闭配样进样方式建立了油田污水中溶解氧含量的流动注射分析方法,优化了反应温度、流动相的pH值及反应管内径等测试条件。采用本实验方法最小检出量为0 025mg/l,活水中溶解氧的线性范围为0 05~8 45mg/l,可在1500mg/l聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)存在的条件下进行准确测量。采用离子交换法可以避免杂质的干扰。Based on reversible redox theory and prismatic technology, the flow injection analysis method for determination of the mass concentration of oxygen dissolved in waste water formulated to be injected into the oil field was established. In this method, the sampling process was performed with a sealed six-port valve. Also, the test conditions such as pH, reaction temperature, inner diameter of reaction tube, etc. were optimized. This novel method has a linear range of 0.05-8.45 mg/l of dissolved oxygen with a minimum detective concentration of 0.025 mg/l. Even mixed with 1500 mg/l HP AM in the waste water, the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen can be measured accurately. The influence of all kinds of impurities can avoided by the ion exchange method.
