川金丝猴雌性生殖器官的观察

摘　　要：对 3只川金丝猴 (Rhinopithecusroxellanae)的雌性生殖器官进行了观察。结果表明 ,卵巢通常呈椭圆形 ,两端稍尖 ,长 1 0～ 1 8cm ,宽 0 4～ 0 6cm ,厚 0 2～ 0 4cm。有一个体呈一端大、一端小 ,中间缩细类似亚铃的形状。输卵管两侧均有系膜固定 ,输卵管上系膜仅 0 1～ 0 2cm宽。子宫略呈长筒形 ,子宫底正中沟不明显 ,子宫颈管较长 ,子宫轴与阴道轴在一直线上 ,子宫颈阴道部明显突出 ,前唇尤为明显 ,而阴道后穹比前穹深得多。阴道下半部前壁处皱襞密而高 ,形成三角形隆起 ,尖端向尿道外口。阴道前庭内前庭球明显 ,长约 0 .5cm ,宽约 0 .2cm 。The ovaries of R. roxellanae are elliptical, about 1.0 to 1.8 cm in l ength, 0.4 to 0.6 cm in width, and 0.2 to 0.4 cm in thickness. The oviducts are fixed by the mesosalpinx superior and the mesosalpinx inferior. The mesosalpinx superior is 0.1 to 0.2 cm wide. The uterus is, in general, cylindrical, but is f lattened anteroposteriorly. The sulcus medianus of the fundus is not clear. The cervical canal is relatively longer. The axes of the uterus and the vagina form a straight line. The vaginal portion of the cervix of the uterus projects into t he cavity of the vagina distinctly, the labium anterium is more evident than the labium posterium, but the fornix posterior is deeper than the fornix anterior. In the lower part of the anterior wall, the rugae vaginales are dense and high, and form a triangle eminence, the apex of which points at the ostium urethrae ex t ernum. The bulbus vestibuli located in the elliptic fossa at either side of the ostium urethrae exterum is about 0.5 cm long and about 0.2 cm wide.
