摘　　要：文章介绍了CAST -V井周声波扫描仪的结构、原理、技术指标及信号流程 ;并对仪器信号的影响因素及其在油田中的应用进行了分析 ;总结了仪器的适用条件和所能解决的地质问题 ,指出该仪器在套管检测 (内径、壁厚 )、超声波固井质量评价、裸眼井井壁成像、地层评价、裂缝探测与识别、薄层划分、高分辨率声波测井等方面具有较好的应用效果。This paper introduces the structure, principle and specification of CAST-Ⅴ circumferential acoustic scanning tool, describes the application and the affected factors in real practice, summarizes the application condition and the geological tasks can be solved. Finally, the paper points out that CAST-Ⅴ tool has good application results in cement bond quality eveluation, borehole wall image, formation eveluation, fracture detection and identification, thin-layer identification and high-resolution acoustic logging.
