摘　　要：目的　研究环苯甲哌的抗炎作用以及对胃肠道的影响。方法　采用角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足爪肿胀模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型。结果　本品在 2 5～ 10 0mg/kg剂量下能显著抑制角叉菜胶性足爪肿胀和棉球肉芽组织增生 ,但对胃肠道无刺激作用。结论　环苯甲哌具有显著的抗炎活性 ,且可能是环氧酶 2选择性抑制剂。OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory effect and the influence on gastrointestinal tract of cyclophenylmethylpiperidine. METHOD The anti-inflammatory effects were investigated by methods of the rat carrageenin paw edema and cotton-pellet granuloma.RESULTS With the dosage of 25～100mg/kg , it markedly reduced the swelling of paw in rats caused by injection of carrageenin and inhibited the proliferation of granuloma induced by cotton-pellet but had no irritant effect on gastrointestinaltract.CONCLUSION It has obvious anti-inflammatory effects, and may be a selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors.
