摘　　要：目的　合成脑功能改善药奈非西坦并改进合成工艺。方法　产物由 2 ,6 二甲基苯胺酰化 ,然后与 2 吡咯烷酮缩合而得。结果　所得产物结构经IR和1HNMR确证。结论　此法可行并易于过渡到工业生产。OBJECTIVE To provide a process for preparing nefiracetam used as an agent for improving cerebral function. METHOD The product was obtained by amidating 2,6-xylidine with chloroacety chloride and then condensing the resulting halogenoacetamide derivative with 2-pyrrolidinone in the presence of sodium methoxide.RESULTS The chemical structure of the product was determined by IR and 1HNMR. CONCLUSION The method was feasible and suitable for industry.
