闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上A型骨折16例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:对应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗的16例股骨髁上A型骨折病历进行回顾性研究。方法:采用静力型交锁髓内钉经膝由髁间窝逆行穿针,治疗股骨髁上A型骨折16例,术后早期应用CPM机锻炼。结果:16例均随访6～24个月,平均5个月。骨折愈合时间3～6个月,平均4.5个月。膝关节功能按Kolment评定标准,优良率93.75%。结论:应用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上A型骨折是一种理想的方法,具有创伤小,内固定坚强,骨折愈合快,有利于膝关节功能恢复的优点。Objective To retrospectively report16cases of femoral supracondylar type A fracture treated by retrograde in-tramedullary nail.Method16cases of supracondylar type A frature of the femur were treated with in tramedullary interloking nail by closed insertion from intereondylar fossa of the knee with static technique.All cases accepted CPM exercise as early as possible after operation.Results All cases were followed up for 6to24months(5months on average),all fracture united within3to6months(4.5months on average)and according to the Kolment scale,the excellent rate of the knee function was93.75%.Conclusion It is a good way with closed reduction treatment of Supracondylar type A fracture of the femur with retrograde intramendullary interlock-ing nail,its merits are reliable fixation,high rate of fracture union and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the knee.
