摘　　要：本文是一份中加两国政府间CIDA项目中国矿业融资研究的报告。报告从两个方面的十二个着眼点对两国的矿业权评估进行了比较研究。虽然中国的矿业权评估实践开始得较晚 ,但目前管理体系已建立起来 ,且在探矿权的评估方面 ,创建了两种成本途径的方法。The paper is a research report on Chinese mining financing involved in CIDA item between Chinese and Canadian governments, in which comparison between mining rights appraisal in the two countries is developed in two aspects including twelve respects. Although the practice of mining rights appraisal starts late in China, a management system has been established and two cost approaches has been set up with regard to mining rights appraisal up to now. There is a mere narrow gap between the two countries in their establishment of supervision and standardization system of appraisal.
