南京市1998—2002年饮食服务人员中检测1185例梅毒情况分析

摘　　要：对我市 5年来饮食服务行业人员健康体检中 ,随机抽样 3 7862 7例标本进行梅毒血清检测 ,RPR阳性 1194例 ,TP -PA确诊 1185例 ,阳性率 0 .3 1% ,随着性病逐年上升 ,梅毒呈蔓延趋势 ,这个比例还可能上升 ,控制疫性蔓延已是不容忽视的问题。由于饮食服务人员流动性大 ,活动范围广 ,管理难 ,漏检人员多 ,一些梅毒患者流入社会造成传染蔓延 ,因此 ,制定饮食服务行业及其它高危人群性病检测纳入健康体检中 。Through random sampling to collect 328627 samples servers in dietetic trade in Nanjing in 1998—2002 and to detect syphilis serum specimens 1194 cases are RPR positive and 1185 corroborant positive cases are detected by TP-PA.The attract rate is in excess of 3.1/1000.With STD raising yearly and syphilis spreading,it is the important problem to control epidemic situation.Servers in dietetic trade take on great fluidity,wide activity,difficult management,excessive missing examination,so some syphilis patients lead to transmit transmit more people to infect them.It is indispensable to establish health examination for dietitic trade and high risk group that may decrease incidence of STD.
