摘  要:本文针对有梭织机织造碳纤维时由于卷纬工序对碳纤维的损伤而影响成布质量的问题 ,对卷纬机的机构进行了改造。经反复实践与探讨 ,对卷纬时筒子纱的退绕方法、工艺路线及生产工艺进行了改进 ,使卷纬质量有明显提高 ,基本上能克服刮碰起毛、易脱落纠缠等缺点 。When you use shuttle looms to weave carbon fibre, carbon fibre will be damaged in the pirn winding process and this may influence cloth quality. The text tell you some solution methods and innovate the mechanism of pirn winder. Having practised repeatedly and discussed, we make some improvements in the take-off method of bobbin yarn, the technological process and production technology in the course of pirn winding. The improvement makes the quality of pirn winding raised obviously and it can basically conquer such drawbacks as hair-in-filling, shedding and entwining. Meanwhile, it also can satisfy the weaving requirement of carbon fiber.
