摘　　要：为了研究不同药剂种类、浓度和插条长度对84K杨嫩枝扦插成活率的影响,在简易塑料拱棚内采用3因素2水平正交设计进行了84K杨嫩枝扦插试验,结果表明,用500mg·L-1ABT1#生根粉溶液处理的12cm长度的84K杨嫩枝插穗成活率较好,为最佳组合。将其它条件定为相同,把L-35杨按照插条长度和粗度各分为3级,在全光照喷雾条件下进行嫩枝扦插试验,结果表明,长度范围在22 00～40 49cm内的嫩枝生根效果最好;当粗度为5 41～7 22cm时,嫩枝生根效果明显差于2 82～4 80cm和4 81～5 40cm两个级别。Based on the influence of different medicines,concentrations and the branch lengths to the live rate of branch cutting of populus 84K,the experiment of the tender branch cutting of populus 84K has been made for three elements and two levels orthogonal design in simple plastic shed.The result indicated the survival rate was the best when the length was 12cm and the ABT1~# solution was 500mg·L^(-1).The other factors as same,tender branch cutting of populus L-35 is divided into three grades,according to length and thick severally.On the full-illumination spray condition,the best length of populus L-35 tender branch cutting ranges from 22cm to 40.49cm,in comparison with the thick scope of 2.82-4.80cm,4.81-5.40cm and 5.41-7.22cm,the latter experiment result was less comparable.
