漆树大小孢子发生与雌雄配子体发育的研究

摘　　要：通过对漆树大小孢子发生与雌雄配子体发育的研究表明,漆树RhusvernicifluaStokes雄花具雄蕊5个,花药4室。孢原细胞1～多个,药壁发育3～4层兼有多型,腺型绒毡层后期以碎裂式产生多核,中层1～2层,后期残存。4分小孢子多为4面体型,胞质分裂为同时型。成熟花粉具2细胞,呈球形,3沟孔。成熟花药具大小两类型花粉粒,小型花粉为单核,系败育型。雌花单室子房倒生胚珠,双珠被,厚珠心,单胚珠,常为单孢原,大胞子4分体直线型,通常合点端第1个细胞为功能孢,蓼型胚囊,具拟珠孔塞和承珠盘。A male flower has five stamens,the anther has four pollen sacs in the Rhus verniciflua Stokes,with unicellular and multicellular archesporium.The development of anther walls conforms to manifold type with three to four stages.The cells of the glandular tapetum became majority nuclei by the rend of nucleus in the later stage.The middle layer is 1-2 layered and surviving in the later stage.The microspore tetrads are tetrahedial and the cytokinesis of the microspore mother cells in meiosis is the simultaneous type.The globose mature pollen grain is the 2-celled type,with three grooves.There are two types of pollen,large and small,in the mature pollen sac.The small one is one-nucleate pollen and aborted type.The ovary is unilocular and contains only one ovule with two integument layers and crassinucellare,anatropous ovule.The archesporium is unicelled in general.The four megaspores, of which the first one toward chalazal end is functional,arranged in a line.The embryo sac appears to be the Polygonum type and has an obturator-like structure and hypostase in loudspeaker form.
