河南大尾寒羊主要血液生化指标的测定

摘　　要：　对41只河南大尾寒羊(母19只,公22只)血清总蛋白,血清白蛋白,血清球蛋白,血清总胆固醇,血糖,血清钾,血清钠,血清钙,血清尿素氮和肌酐共10项血液生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:除血清胆固醇指标公羊极显著高于母羊外(P<0.01),其它各项指标公母羊均无显著差异(P>0.05)The 10 blood biochemical index of 41 Henan Large Tail Sheep (19 ♀, 22 ) were determined including serum total protein, albumen, globulin, serum total cholesterol, blood sugar, blood potassium, blood sodium, blood calcium, blood uric nitrogen and inosine. The result shows: it is no obvious difference about all above indexes except cholesterol in male and female sheep (P>0.05), the serum total cholesterol of the male is more higher that of the female in Henan Large Tail Sheep (P<0.05).
