摘　　要：针对目前有线电视传输中空余频段严重浪费的现象 ,结合作者多年的研究成果 ,从技术上论证了开发利用有线电视频率资源的可行性 ,为电话通信、VOD点播、互联网业务、远程教育、远程办公等实现“一线传输”In accordance with the serious waste of spare frequency bands in the cable television, this paper proves the feasibility on exploiting and utilizing the cable television frequency resources, and puts forward a new development idea and a set of implement schemes to realize one-line transmission for various kinds of information such as telecommunication, VOD request program, internet business, long-distance education and long-distance offices, etc.
