摘 要:对铸造Ti 6Al 4V的原始组织进行了分析 ,给出了原始组织形态的影响规律 ;分析铸造Ti 6Al 4V合金在85 0℃的变形组织 ,通过研究 (α +β)两相区等温变形组织变化规律及拉伸对比实验 ,得出变形组织的强度、塑性均比原始组织有较大提高。结果表明 :在两相区一定范围内变形 (<80 % )时 ,随变形量的增大 ,组织更加细小 ,强度明显提高。By analyzing the tissue of Ti-6Al-4V in cast, the regulation of effecton original structure has been obtained, and by analyzing the formed tissue of ZTC4, the change rule has been studied that isothermally formed in (α+β) duplex phase.Through the contrast experiment of mechanical behaviors, the conclusion is draw that the formed tissue of ZTC4 is more excellent in strengths and plasticity than the unformed tissue at some deforming degree (less than 80%), with the increase of distortion in duplex phase, the tissue is more fine and intensity is elevated.
