摘　　要：随着因特网上数据库的发展 ,网络数据库作为重要的电子资源之一 ,其发展、管理和利用的问题也日益突出。本文简单介绍了网络数据库的特点。Web database becomes one of important electric resources while database expands on internet.So the problems of development,management and use of web database become important.
