摘　　要：网络的负效应需要相应的政策法规规范 ,因此文章从分析我国现有的网络信息政策法规入手 ,发现其存在的问题 。The negative effect of the internet need to be controlled by corresponding policies and statues. This paper analyses the present network information policy in China,and points out the problems existing in it's construction and puts forward some specific countermeasures.
