云南白药治疗药物流产后出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察云南白药治疗药物流产 (药流 )后出血的疗效。方法　药流服用米索前列醇后 4 8h开始服用云南白药 ,2片 /次 ,3次 /d ,共 5d。与对照组进行比较 ,观察流血量、阴道流血持续时间等情况。结果　治疗组 6 6例 ,随访 6 4例 ,与对照组比较 ,阴道流血量与流血持续时间差异均显著。结论　药流多发生不全流产 ,流血多持续时间长 ,云南白药对治疗药流后流血止血效果显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao (YN) to treat bleeding after drug abortion. Methods After using misoprofil 48h, YN was taken 2 tablets tid. for 5 days. The bleeding volume and persisting time were observed. Results 64 cases were followed up in 65 cases and compared with control group, the volume and persisting time were obviously decreased. Conclusion The drug usually leaded incomplete abortion with more bleeding and YN could treat this kind disease.
