摘　　要：目的　探讨雷贝拉唑的临床应用效果及药物机制。方法　雷贝拉唑 2 0mg/d或 4 0mg/d口服 4周 ,即可改善临床症状。结果　日本及欧洲研究表明 :该药缓解日间和夜间疼痛的能力优于奥美拉唑。结论　雷贝拉唑能有效地抑制胃酸分泌 ,快速缓解症状 ,方法简便 ,治愈率高。Objective To discuss the clinical application effect and its mechanism of rabeprazole. Methods The oral intake of rabeprazole of 20mg/d or 40mg/d for 4 weeks could improve the clinical effects. Results This drug could relieve the pain better in day and night than omeprazole according to research of Japan and European. Conclusion Rabeprazole could inhibit the secretion of peptic acid and relieve the syptoms with easy method and high curative effect.
