摘　　要：以长庆油田某试验区所采用的数据采集和监控系统实现遥控、遥测和遥信(简称“三遥”)为例,对数据采集和监控系统的性能要求、功能、结构及组成作了简要介绍。Taking data collecting,monitor-control system and remote-control telemetering,and telecommunicationadopted in the test area in Changeling oilfield this article briefly introduces the performance,function,struc-ture and composition of data collecting and monitor-control system.
