摘　　要：目的 研制Perthes病动物模型,并对其进行影像学研究。方法 利用手术方法,切断圆韧带和股骨头支持带血供,制作Perthes病模型,并对其进行X线、MRI、骨显像和病理学研究。结果 手术中断血供的方法成功地重复了Perthes病的基本病理变化,X线、MRI、骨显像均表现出与Perthes病相似的特点。结论 该方法可成功制成Perthes病模型。Objective To make a rabbit model of Perthes disease and analyse its radiological appearance. Methods A rabbit model was made by operative method after the ligmentum teres was divided and retinacular blood supplies of femoral head were resected. The model was evaluated by X-ray, MRI, bone scintigraphy and pathological study. Results The rabbit model which was made by operative method successfully replicated the basic pathological appearance of Perthes disease and showed some similar characteristics of Perthes disease by x-ray, MRI and bone scintigraphic studies. Conclusion A rabbit model of Perthes disease could be successfully made by operative method.
