木兰族和含笑族的系统学关系——基于叶绿体matK基因序列分析

摘　　要：采用 PCR直接测序法 ,对木兰属国产组 各 1种 和含笑属各组 各 1种 的叶绿体 DNA mat K基因序列进行测定分析 ,结果表明 :木兰属和含笑属不能明显区分开 。In this paper, matK gene of the chloroplast DNA was sequenced in representatives of 7 species from the genus Magnolia and 4 species from the genus Michelia . The results indicated that the delimination of Magnolia and Michelia was not clear and the point that devided the Magnolieae and Michelieae with the character terminal flower and flower should not be supported.
