摘 要:应用组织化学和植物化学方法 ,研究绞股蓝总皂甙含量与其营养器官和生长期的相关性 .结果表明 ,不同营养器官中绞股蓝总皂甙含量叶最高 ,茎次之 ,根茎和根最低 .绞股蓝地上部分总皂甙含量从营养生长→开花→结果不同生长期呈现由低→高→低的变化趋势 ,其中 7、8、9月的开花期绞股蓝总皂甙含量达到顶峰 ,为药材最佳采收时间 .研究还得出 ,绞股蓝叶的形态结构特征与其总皂甙含量相关 。With the methods of histochemistry and phytochemistry, the correlation between the content of gypenosides and its vegetative organs and growth period was studied. The results showed that on the one hand, among different vegetative organs, the content of gypenosides in the leaf occupied first place, the stem came second, and the rhizome and root were the lowest. On the other hand, during the whole growth period from vegetative growth to florescence, then to fructescence, the content of gypenosides showed a changing trend from low to high,and to low. During florescence, the content of gypenosides reached the peak on July, August and September. So July, August and September were the best collecting seasons. Besides, the morphological and structural characteristics of the Gynostemma pentaphyllum leaf correlated with the content of gypenosides, they could be regarded as a target developing and improved varieties of Gynostemma pentaphyllum by selection.
