摘 要:本文对互溶剂及表面活性剂用作助排剂的原理和国外在这方面所作的工作进行了综述。介绍了新研制的一种互溶剂和三种氟表面活性剂助排剂的性能和氟表面活性剂的现场使用效果。The principles and historical aspect of application of mutual solvents and surfac- tants as back-flow improvers to enhance load water-recovery in acidizing/fracturing operations are introduced intensively in the first part of this paper.In the second part a mutual solvent,diethyleneglycol mono-tert-butyl ether(DGMTBE),and three fluoro- surfactant-based back-flow,improvers of WF series are reported.DGMTBE is miscible with both water and oil.In comparision with commonly used ethyleneglycol mono-n- butyl ether(EGMBE),it has similar surface tension in kerosene solution,stronger solu- bility in water and is less expensive.Of WF type back-flow improvers,WF-1 is com- posed mostly from powdered fluoro-surfactant FA(96—98%);WF-2-from cationic fluoro- surfactant FC and nonionic fluoro-surfactant FN in mixture;WY-3 is a liquid com- pound of fluoro-surfactant FA with several other chemicals,including dehydrating agent,ferroferric ion stabilizer,clay stabilizer,antifoamer,etc.The surface and inter- facial tensions,adsorption on sand,and effect on gelling and gelled polymers of these WF back-flow improvers are investigated.In particular,a fracturing gelled polymer has lower viscosity after gel having been broken-down than ungelled one.All the three WY back-flow improvers were successfully used in field tests for acidizing/fracturing gas reservior of low permeability and low porosity in North Shaanxi.
